Painter in oils and maker of ribbon lace which she exhibited with the West Australian Society of Arts. She was possibly daughter of architect/surveyor Purkiss who was a partner with Bone in 73 Hay Street, Perth in 1897. In 1903 she exhibited oil paintings Macartney Roses and Fruit and Vine Leaves with the West Australian Society of Arts.
