Walter Renny

  • Artist (Painter)
Walter Renny, painter and decorator, was proprietor of the Royal Blue House, which derived its name from being 'painted in blocks of blue and white with all woodwork picked out in blue', on Pitt Street, Sydney. Renny is renowned for his transparencies in all Government Buildings in Sydney painted between 1863 to 1868.
