Biography

I am the grandson of Bernard Ingleby 1878-1941, a poet & adverising writer. Bernard dedicated his 1917 Poem book, "TO Jack Sommers Artist, Poet and Anzac." Jack Sommers is "John Archibald Douglas Sommers dob 09.11.1877," so I began to reseach Jack. Bernard & my parents were good mates of Unk White (Cecil John White) 1900-1986 a black & white sketch artist and Guy Lynch (Frank Lynch) a sculptor. Unk & Guy being at the top of their artistic fields. My interest is to update their records with information before it is lost.
