One of the first poster artists to work in a semi abstract style in Melbourne. Later adapted Aboriginal Art to advertising. Stamp design featuring Aboriginal rock carving of crocodile 1948, pen, ink gouache on card, National Philatelic Museum, Melbourne (ill Baddeley).Did the colour lithographic posters Sunshine and Surf, Australia 1932 (National Archives), Surf Club Australia 1935 (National Archives) and Australia [Boomerang] 1957 (National Gallery of Australia) for the Australian National Travel Association; The Grampians, Victoria, Australia c.1939 (NLA) for the Victorian Railways (poster no.117).
