Alice appears not to have married. She was a student at Perth Technical School where she studied leatherwork under J. W. R. Linton and needlework under Loui Benham. She exhibited leatherwork with the West Australian Society of Arts in 1904 and in other years. She was an occasional teacher of needlework at Perth Technical School in 1908 when Loui Benham was on leave. She died in December 1940.
