Andrew is a former coordinator of Buku-Larrngay Mulka Art Centre at Yirkalla, where he initiated the major nationally touring exhibition Saltwater: Yirkalla Bark Paintings of Sea Country (1999) now in the collection of the National Maritime Museum.
