Professor Emeritus and DIA Life Fellow, Miller Smith was the founder of the Bachelor of Design programme when he was the head of the Design Department at the Adelaide College of the Arts and Education, later at Swinburne, Victoria. He also worked in Britain on the Conran Design Group (CDG) corporate identity.
