Charles Rothauser b.

  • Architect (Industrial / Product Designer)
Rothauser, an architecture-trained designer, working in injection-moulded plastics developed a range of toys, a disposable syringe c.1948. In 1956, he renamed his Adelaide factory Caroma developing a wide range of plastic bathroom accessories including the pioneering Caroma dual-flush toilet.
