In 1980 she donated a collection of her work to the Queensland Museum – 129 pieces of needlework and handicrafts, prize certificates and sashes, her embroidery needles, a needlework encyclopaedia and photocopies of her scrapbook of undated press clippings. A significant figure who achieved a national reputation in her lifetime and won some 10,363 prizes and awards.
