Eric Wyborn Stokes b. 1904

Director of family silverware business, married Constance Parkin in 1933. after seeing prototype outdoor furniture in italy in 1953, set up Mountjoy furniture where he made wire tables and chairs from his poultry farm in Croydon, Vic. Was actively involved with Constance in creating the interior design of their Ef Billson house in Toorak, including a collection of Australian furniture and pottery.
