A furniture and manufacturing firm at 244 Victoria Street, Richmond Victoria managed by G.G. Williams and L.J.K. Woods. They designed and manufactured under the name Woods-Williams and Associates and developed a line of contemporary upholstered furniture. The partnership was dissolved in the same year it began.
