Pottery worker who was born in Germany and became a displaced person during World War II. She arrived in Australia in 1951 to join her husband who came ahead in 1950. She worked at the Perth-based manufacturing company Brisbane & Wunderlich for twenty-eight years undertaking various jobs. She was taught casting by William Yates and worked in the casting shop thereafter. She retired in 1980 but returned to work for eight months in 1981.
