Joseph Saba b. 1940

  • Designer (Textile Artist / Fashion Designer)
Saba is the principal of a mens' wear label that began as "Joseph Saba Shirt and Sweater Shoppe" in Melbourne. He developed the "Staggers" jeans range in 1970 and expanded into designer jeans later in the decade. National retail outlets followed. In 1989, he began to design the "Saba" range and re-branded his retail outlets. He retired in 1999 and sold "Saba" in 2002.
