Tony Parker is one of the two Parker brothers (Tony and Ross) who became principals of Parker Furniture in the 1960s. The Regents Park firm was founded by their father Jack Parker. Tony studied design at East Sydney Technical College, then travelled overseas. On his return, the firm began to manufacture contemporary furniture reflecting modernist trends in Europe.
