Alan Sumner b. 1911

Sumner was a painter, printmaker and stained glass designer. He was well known for his silkscreen prints which exhibited first in Melbourne and sold in Sydney through Margaret Jaye's gallery, Rowe Street in the immediate postwar years ca.1946.
