Davis founded the Decor Corporation in Melbourne in 1958, a specialist designing and manufacturing firm specialising in homewares. Employing a number of Australian industrial designers, Decor has received a number of Australian design awards.

    Description

    “The wine cooler was awarded the Prince Philip Prize for Australian Design (consumer category) in November 1980. Then, in July 1981, Decor sent two wine chillers to Prince Charles to commemorate his marriage to Lady Diana – the item was specifically requested on Diana’s wedding list.”
