Chris Connell is one of the principals of the Melbourne design studio Chris Connell Design and the co-founder of MAP International Furniture (MAP: Merchants of Australian Product) in 1988. His work includes the South Yarra bistro Caffe e Cucina, interiors for Dinosaur Design and the retailer Calibre, Sydney. His Pepe chair, designed for MAP featured on an Australia Post stamp in 1997.
