D. Guy Smith was an interior designer active in the middle decades of the 20th century. She is recorded as working for Myer Emporium, Melbourne as an "interior decoration expert" in 1938 and later developing the interior design for the airline TAA's Convair aircraft used to fly the Queen of England during a visit to Australia.
