oil painter, was living in Prahran, Melbourne when he showed his religious painting, The Tribute Money , in the 1856 Victorian Exhibition of Art. He exhibited six oil paintings of various subjects with the Victorian Society of Fine Arts in 1857, including Sunset, near the Ovens (£50), Ship on Fire (£25) and a pair of portraits of white cows (£15).
