Sketcher, reputedly drew a sketch in 'Swansea Town’ (Tas) of events related to him/her by the Van Diemens Land settler John Allen, who had successfully defended his 'Milton’ farm in the district of Great Swanport against 13 attacking Aborigines in 1828 (see John Allen entry). The sketch was sold at Sotheby’s in August 2000 (ill. lot 322).
