Sketcher, reputedly drew a sketch in 'Swansea Town’ (Tas) of events related to him/her by the Van Diemens Land settler John Allen, who had successfully defended his 'Milton’ farm in the district of Great Swanport against 13 attacking Aborigines in 1828 ( see John Allen entry). The sketch was sold at Sotheby’s in August 2000 (ill. lot 322).
