Sketcher, was a pupil of Edward Sasse. Sasse exhibited two chalk drawings by Woollard at the 1869 Geelong Mechanics Institute Exhibition. Geelong Advertiser described one of his works as 'especially worthy of note, giving promise of much success for the young artist,' however this is all that is known of the artist.
