Eric Thompson

  • Designer (Theatre / Film Designer)
Thompson trained as an architect at the Sydney Technical College and moved to the USA in 1927 where he made a career as a draughtsperson. He later worked for MGM Studios, Hollywood after 1928, moving into art direction as his career advanced. He returned to Australia ca.1937 working for Cinesound and the Commonwealth Film Unit.
