Description

An exhibition of Australian designed and manufactured goods held in Melbourne in 1947 and 1948. The exhibition included the Beaufort House, a prefabricated steel house manufactured by the Govt Aircraft Factory, electrical goods, engines, chemicals, new kitchen designs and other post-war advances. Ferguson was the organiser and the initiator of the concept has not been determined.
