Garth Dixon b. 1 January 1924

Dixon was a National Art School trained artist and designer. He had a teaching career in Bathurst NSW, later Goulburn NSW. Retiring to Canberra, he continued his painting and drawing, largely based on nature studies. He remained an active environmentalist throughout his career.
