Ludlow was a fashion designer active in New Zealand, arriving in Australia in 1947. He established a studio in Melbourne where he worked as a courturier with the label Hall Ludlow. He moved to Hong Kong in the early 1960s working for the label Dynasty Fashions, later returning to Australia but did not regain his earlier popularity.
