Sebel was a furniture & toy designer and manufacturer. He worked with his father in metalwork in UK, then moved the business to Australia, establishing a furniture manufacturing works. Specialising in injection moulded plastics, later diversifying into property (Sebel Town House hotel). Notable works include chairs such as the "Slim and Comfy" , the steel "Stak-a-Bye", the "Integra" (designed by Charles Furey).
