Crow was a designer for Stuart's furniture, South Yarra, Victoria. He trained in the Melbourne Technical College industrial and interior design programme. In 1949, he won a Chicago Tribune prize for an apartment interior. His work in furniture is illustrated in Architecture and Arts, February 1954, p.11 and his work was exhibited in the "Industrial Design" section of The Arts Festival. Melbourne, Olympic Games, 1956.
