Khai Liew is recognised as one of Australia's leading designers, particularly in the field of contemporary furniture. He has won several prestigious awards and in 2007 he was made a Fellow of the Design Institute of Australia. Khai Liew has exhibited in London and Milan and he is represented in public collections in Australia including the National Gallery of Australia and Sydney's Powerhouse Museum.
