A Federation-era Sydney cartoonist and sketcher, Olive Vernon was a member of NSW Government Architect Walter Liberty Vernon's family. Her sketches are held in the Mitchell Library at the State Library of New South Wales.

cartoonist and sketcher, was a relative of NSW Government Architect Walter Liberty Vernon, presumably one of his daughters, Olive Stella J. Vernon. The Vernon family sketchbooks and photographs (Mitchell Library PXA 876, ON 226) include one by Olive dated 1894-96 containing cartoons and comic drawings (vol. 10).
