H.P. Oser was an Austrian architect who registered as a NSW architect in 1945. Following work for Malleys, he formed a partnership with emigre Jean Fombertaux in 1963, having begun an associateship with him in 1956. Oser was very active in interior design creating showrooms (Gibb and Beeman) and shop interiors (Continental Bags), theatre interiors (Odeon, Singapore), suburban hotel interiors (Brookvale) and other works.
