Owen Foulkes b. 1915

Foulkes was an illustrator for the advertising agency Walker, Robertson, Maguire and other agencies. As a poster artist, he also worked in outdoor advertising. His work is illustrated in R. Haughton James, The Arts in Australia series, "Commercial Art", Longmans, 1963.
