The Australian Queer Archives Inc (AQuA) is a non-profit organisation committed to the collection and preservation of material reflecting the lives and experiences of LGBTI Australians. Established in 1978 as the Australian Gay Archives, it was renamed the Australian Lesbian and Gay Archives in 1992, and AQuA in 2020.

Three works were gifted to the Newcastle Art Gallery in July 2004 under the Cultural Gifts scheme by Jeffrey Stewart.
“Kitchen Curtain” from the 1978 show “New Works by Peter Tully and David McDiarmid at Hogarth Galleries Paddington NSW
“Peter Picasso “ and “Paradise Pieces “ both from the 1980 Crafts Council of Australia show “Urban Tribalwear”. The Paradise Pieces had been inherited from Allan Booth in 1990.
