painter or sketcher, was awarded a prize at the 1866 exhibition of the South Australian Society of Arts in Adelaide for Group of Horses . The artist was probably Robert Norman 's son Roger, who took over his father’s dentistry practice in 1878, then went to live in Western Australia in 1883 immediately after his father’s death, arriving with his wife on 29 December. He practised as a dentist there until 1889.
