Sally Couacaud b. 1947

Couacaud was a gallery director at Sydney's Artspace (1988-1992), later curator of public art, City of Sydney where she developed the city's "Sculpture Walk". She curated a number of other exhibitions internationally and in Australia, later initiating the inaugural Australian International Video Festival. In 2008, she moved to Mauritius, later returning to Sydney near the end of her life.
