Anderson was a founder member of Society of Designers for Industry in Victoria, he studied Univ of Melbourne, director of Anderson's (retailer of modern furniture), Melbourne, worked with Council of Industrial Design, London on Festival of Britain, taught interior design at Canberra Technical College, 1966, His work was represented in "Industrial Design." in The Arts Festival. Melbourne, Olympic Games, 1956.
