Sydney Ball b. 1 January 1933

Ball was considered an abstract painter and colourist and began his career studying privately with other painters. He moved to NYC, studying at the Art Students League, returning to Australia in 1965 and exhibiting in Melbourne. Travelling widely, he settled in Glenorie NSW in the 1970s.
