Female costume designer, performer and theatre and fashion journalist whose rich practice took her from Broken Hill to Adelaide and Melbourne before she ended up as the senior art mistress at a private Sydney girls' school. She not only introduced art as a subject to South Australian schools but also designed costumes for early Australian TV drama.
