Biography

My name is Liam Otero, and I am an Art Historian based in the New York metropolitan area. I am pursuing a concentration in the Art of the British Isles & British Australasia (c. 1600 - c. 1900). I received my Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Fordham University, College at Rose Hill with a dual concentration in Renaissance & Baroque and Modern & Contemporary Art.

For over 20 years, I have been an ardent admirer of Australian art, history, and culture. I was delighted to discover DAAO and was even more excited to note that this platform actively encourages scholastic volunteerism. This is the ideal space for me to research & disseminate pertinent information and content in the pursuit of expanding public accessibility to Australia’s contributions to Global Art & Architectural History.
