Metraform was founded in 2000, and affiliated with the Interactive Information Institute (I-cubed) at RMIT University in Melbourne. Its members were Jonathan Duckworth, Mark Guglielmetti, Lawrence Harvey and Tim Kreger. Metraform has employed semi-immersive real-time graphics technology to enable audiences to explore virtual reality technologies.
